Justin Richardson has been with Richardson Industries for 25 years and is the Seventh Generation Richardson’s involved in the family business. He is currently overseeing the Sales side of Richco while leading Richardson industries into the next chapter. He is consistently focused on providing quality components to our customers while maintaining the Richco Brand as a Leader in both the Residential and Multi-Family Market.

Bob Peterson
Scheduler
Bob Peterson has been with us for almost 30 Years!!! Spent his first 27 years in design, specifically Floor truss and EWP systems. His main responsibilities now are production scheduling and dispatch, which means he determines what jobs and in which order those jobs need to be sent to the shop for production. He is also very active with our design staff and the production supervisors about delivery requirements, as well as dealing with customers on their delivery needs, which is most important!!! His favorite part of the job is just that, “Working together with our many valuable customers, and helping meet their delivery needs”.
Tina Hass

Tina started with RICHCO STRUCTURES in 1999, and nothing gets started here without her! She enters our many orders and some quotes, runs daily & monthly reports for management, does accounts receivable & accounts payable. She allows everyone here to excel at their job and focus on our customers! She likes the people she works with and the customers the most about her job.
Todd Saegaer
Plant Manager
Todd Saeger has been a team member since 1992! He is now in charge of managing our manufacturing facility. He oversees production, quality control, & most importantly the safety of our employees. He is vital to getting our manufactured components to our customers on time, & of the highest quality. He enjoys getting the most out of our team members and adapting to our ever changing industry & the demands of growth!

Kathy brings over 35 years of comprehensive HR experience to our team, with a proven track record of driving organizational success through strategic HR initiatives. As the HR Director, Kathy oversees all aspects of human resources, enduring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a positive work culture. Known for her strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels, Kathy is a trusted advisor to both management and staff, providing guidance on HR matters and resolving employee concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Andy Ramaker has been an integral part of Richco Structures since 1997, where he began his journey in truss design. Through decades of service, Andy has amassed expertise spanning diverse projects, from residential endeavors to large-scale commercial ventures. His unwavering commitment and proficiency have led him to the position of Design Manager.
Though Andy’s roots lie in design, his current focus centers on cultivating talent within the company. Serving as a mentor and trainer, he strives to elevate the skills and versatility of the design team, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry. Andy’s responsibilities extend to guiding the team through software upgrades and ensuring compliance with the latest codes and standards, reflecting his and Richco’s dedication to excellence.
Frank Popp
CFO
Frank has been a member of our administrative team since 2012 providing financial support for the manufacturing group and owners of Richardson Industries. Forecasting, budgeting, analyzing and reporting operational results through data analysis to support and help steer our business growth. With our lean management staff I work closely with our purchasing, materials and accounting functions providing day to day support, advice and strategies to a common end goal of financial success for all of our employees.
